I tried that. I removed the LAG from both my PC and the switch my PC is connected to. The Intel Virtual Network Adapter still shows up under Network Adapters. I tried uninstalling it, but nothing happens. I completely removed my 2 network adapters and their drivers. I've removed any Intel software I could find, except the software for my NVMe SSD, but no matter what I do, I can't remove it. I also tried booting into Safe Mode to uninstall it, but that didn't work either. I guess I'll take a look at the link you posted.
After looking around online some, I saw where other people had this problem and it originated when someone installed the wrong drivers/software for the NICs they had, but I couldn't find any solutions.
