OK i see that is "Adapter for IBM System x" but was sold as Intel
trying intc_sw_nic_v20.3-cd_anyos_32-64.iso without success (firmware 4.50)
intc_sw_nic_v20.0-cd_anyos_32-64.iso (4.42) worked fine
