Intel 82579LM - Windows 8.1 VLAN Disabled

Hello Guys

I have Laptop Dell Latitude E6430 and download Prosetx64 version 20.5. Post install, in VLAN Tab, add 2 VLAN (14 - 2) and in my Network Connection both show Disabled.

I check my switch Cisco and the port is in trunk mode. Connect a host with Windows 2012 R2 and not show error.

My problem is with laptop, I test with other version 18,5 and the same problem. The NIC show disabled.
