Make sure that your computer (with the EXPI9301CT adapter) is connected to the LAN port. The LAN port should have 4 ports. You can try to move the connection to another port. To further isolate the issue, you can try this:
1. Run Diagnostic Test on EXPI9301CT. Go to Device Manager, then right-click on the Gigabit CT adapter then select Properties. Click on Link Speed tab, you should see the Diagnostics option. Run the test.
2. Try to connect the system to another device and see if you also experience the unplugged issue.
